Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Design data is stored temporarily for 15 minutes and is never used to train AI models. Read our full policy for details on Stripe/Paddle payments.

1. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our design-to-code service:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and Figma profile information obtained through OAuth.

  • Design Data: The metadata and layer structures of the Figma designs you choose to export.

  • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and interaction logs with the plugin.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used specifically to:

  • Provide the design-to-code conversion service.

  • Authenticate your access and manage your subscription.

  • Temporary Processing: Your design data is processed by our AI engine to generate Tailwind CSS. This data is stored in a temporary, encrypted Google Cloud Storage bucket and is permanently deleted after 15 minutes.

3. AI Processing and Automated Decision-Making

As an AI-powered service, we utilize third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) to analyze design structures.

  • No Training: We explicitly configure our API calls to ensure that your proprietary design data is not used to train or improve third-party AI models.

  • Processing Purpose: Data sent to AI models is strictly for the purpose of code generation (classification, summarization, and syntax mapping).

4. Third-Party Data Processors

To provide our service, we share specific data with the following trusted subprocessors:

  • Figma, Inc.: For authentication and design file access.

  • Google Cloud Platform: For temporary file storage and hosting (Region: [Your Region, e.g., Belgium/US]).

  • Stripe / Paddle: For secure payment processing and tax compliance.

  • [AI Provider, e.g., OpenAI/Anthropic]: For the generation of Tailwind CSS code.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Exported Files: Our system is programmed to "unlearn" and delete your ZIP exports and assets every 15 minutes.

  • Right to Erasure: You may request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by contacting [Your Support Email].

6. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security protocols, including:

  • Encryption: Data is encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).

  • Token Isolation: Figma access tokens are stored securely and are only used during active user sessions.

7. International Data Transfers

By using our service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in countries outside of your residence (e.g., the United States). We ensure these transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to maintain a high level of data protection.
