Refund Policy
By purchasing a subscription or credit pack, you expressly request the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right to a withdrawal or refund once the digital content (AI credits) has been added to your account or the service has been accessed.
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your agreement and receive a refund within 14 days of your purchase without giving any reason.

1. Merchant of Record Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and financial transactions.
2. 14-Day Refund Policy In accordance with our Merchant of Record's policies, you have the right to cancel your purchase and request a full refund within 14 days of your initial transaction, without needing to provide any reason. To exercise this right, please contact Paddle customer support or reach out to us directly.
3. Evaluation Period NextMark Studio provides 100 free credits to all new users to allow for a full evaluation of our AI services before purchase. We encourage all users to fully utilize these credits to ensure the tool meets your technical requirements and expectations before any financial commitment is made.
4. Subscription Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents the next scheduled charge. If you choose to cancel after the initial 14-day refund window has passed, no pro-rated refunds will be provided for unused credits or remaining time in that billing cycle. You will retain access to your remaining credits until they expire or until the end of the current billing period.
5. Exceptional Technical Failures In the rare event of a verified system-wide technical failure where credits are consumed but no output is generated, please contact naji@nextmark.ae. In such cases, we will manually restore the lost credits to your account.
